Campus

The Academy of Couture Art is located at the crossroads of fashion and entertainment in Southern California in the international TOBY Award winning Wilshire Courtyard.

The Wilshire Courtyard is one of the largest Entertainment-Media Campuses in Los Angeles.

This Class A complex consists of two six-story terraced granite buildings with large courtyard areas and a beautiful park. The buildings feature four internal skylight atria rising to six-stories in height.

At the heart of the campus is the signature Courtyard, a lushly landscaped plaza accented by water features which invite community participation.

Wilshire Courtyard’s prominence is evidenced by a prestigious tenant roster that includes E! Entertainment, Daily Variety, Style.com, 20th Century Fox Television, Oprah Winfrey Network, LA Business Journal and McCann Erickson.

The project’s abundant natural light, extensive landscaped plazas, park and koi pond and graceful architectural features create an attractive campus-like atmosphere designed with people in mind.

Amenities that contribute to the environment include: a deli-café, credit union, wellness/chiropractic center, professionally-operated fitness center, carwash and a sundry shop.

The Wilshire Courtyard is conveniently located near the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.

The campus is also at short distance from one of the world’s most elegant shopping avenues, Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, which packs in enough glitz to qualify it as one of the most glamorous and expensive shopping stretches in the world. The luminaries of style are all represented, including Chanel, Valentino, Gucci, Versace, Dior, Cartier, Louis Vuiton, Prada, Escada, Tiffany, Van Cleef and Arpels, Bottega Veneta, Armani, Bally, Ralph Lauren, among others.

Nearby are fashion temples for the rich and famous; comfortable and luxurious department stores, like Neiman Marcus, Saks 5th Avenue or Barneys New York, which offer an unforgettable shopping experience alongside celebrities.

From art galleries to architectural tours to the Museum of Television & Radio, Beverly Hills is also home to art and culture and the scene of a great variety of events, festivals and prestigious ceremonies like the Oscars, the Emmy Award and the Grammy’s.
